Welcome to CVY.AI! Our website, located at https://cvy.ai ("Website"), is an AI-powered image generation platform. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the terms, then you are prohibited from using the Website.
1. Use License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website and its services for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan. This license does not include any rights to copy, modify, or distribute the Website's underlying technology or content without our prior written consent.
2. Ownership
The ownership of images generated through the Website belongs to the person who created them. CVY.AI claims no ownership over images created by users. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content do not infringe on the rights of others. CVY.AI does not guarantee that generated images are cleared for commercial use; any commercial use is at your own risk and must comply with the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these guidelines.
4. User Data Collection
We collect personal data (name, email, and payment information) and non-personal data (web cookies) to deliver and improve our services. The use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://cvy.ai/privacy-policy.
5. Subscriptions, Credit Packs, and Refunds
Credit amounts and expiry dates are shown before purchase. Please use pack credits before they expire; expired packs are not refundable. A pack that has been used is not refundable, including a partial refund for unused credits. For an unexpired, unused pack, contact hi@cvy.ai to request a refund. We will disclose and deduct payment-provider fees and other direct costs actually incurred and not recoverable for that transaction, then refund the remaining amount. This does not limit rights required by applicable law. Subscriptions are billed at the interval shown at purchase and can be canceled for future renewals.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
CVY.AI reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by email. Your continued use of the Website after any change in these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
