Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
+
Purchased packs never expire. The 5 sign-up credits last 24 hours. Plan credits arrive every month, and unused plan credits do not carry over to the next month.
Pack or plan: which should I pick?
+
Buy a pack if you create now and then: pay once, keep the credits. Subscribe if you create every week: the lowest price per credit, a priority queue, and credits that renew on their own.
Which credits are used first?
+
Free or subscription credits are used first, then purchased credits. Renewing or cancelling a subscription does not remove purchased credits.
Can I get a refund?
+
Failed generations return their credits automatically. Used packs are not refundable. Unused packs may be refunded after deducting non-recoverable payment fees and other direct costs — write to hi@cvy.ai.
How can I pay?
+
Credit packs: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in USD; Alipay and WeChat Pay in CNY. Subscriptions are billed by card in USD.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
+
Any time, from Credits & plan in your account. A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for; purchased credits are not affected.
